Stop having sex when your fertile time has passed

There are those heart breaking times with couples excited and expectant. Some 3 weeks delayed. On the first week of delay, they used a pregnancy test kit that came up negative. Then on the 2nd week, the woman had the symptoms of pregnancy with feelings of morning sickness. On the 3rd week they decided to have sex on a friday afternoon. On the same friday evening, the woman bled.

You know how to time your sexual intercourse. From natural family planning, you know the fertile times and infertile times. So here is an important piece of advice.

You can have sex prior to your fertile days, who knows, it might come early. You of course should have sex during the suspected fertile days. Every other day should be ideal. Not everyday. Do not tax those bodies. But when your period is nearing or has been reached or hopefully a few days or a week or 2 have passed your scheduled menstrual period: DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT HAVE SEX ANYMORE!

Excessive sex will weaken the hold of the baby in the womb. Since fertility is a health issue, many of the cases are those of the fertilized egg, not latching onto the uterine walls. It may have latched, but it “fell off”. Maybe due to physical activity, energy depletion, or the female body being ill or of poor health the female body decides this is not the correct time to have a baby because pregnancy is a taxing issue.
