Only to find out that many contraceptive methods actually contribute to making us UNHEALTHY. Chemicals and hormones that our bodies do not need are pumped in to disable our reproductive capacity. Making us temporarily infertile.
Sad to say, many discover, that these deleterious effects are not always reversible.
Be healthy, be drug free. Periodic abstinence, natural family planning is the healthiest option.
