Your well equipped OB Gyn will have her own ultrasound machine in her office. She can help monitor the ripening eggs in your wife’s ovaries. You actually get to “see” which ones are ready to “pop.”
It is said that when this egg pops out or when your wife ovulates, the egg has a lifespan of 24 hours. It would then be prudent that sperm have already entered the uterus at this time and are on the way swimming up the fallopian tubes.
The trick then is for sexual intercourse and insemination to happen before ovulation. In fact, if you are precise enough, you need to have intercourse only once!
This was the case with my friend Emil. He was scheduled for an out of town business trip the next morning 6am. His wife just came home from the OB Gyn with her ripe egg monitored, ready to “pop.” The two career spouses were only available for each other between 12am to 2am. And that was enough for 1 shot. Yes! They scored with a lovely baby girl.
