There are different kinds of sperm, some do the blocking, some do the killing of other sperm, some do the job of egg-getting.
Density is our concern. This is around 50 to 150 million sperm per millileter on average.
Although you may have heard that it only takes one sperm to penetrate the egg cell, this one sperm needs the help of all the millions of other sperm to do this task.
So you have a below average sperm count? Not to worry, this can be corrected in many different and cumulative ways.
Clothing – briefs matter. Pick pure cotton loose briefs. Get oversized or boxer shorts. No tight, hot bikinis for you. We are looking for low temperature, breathable and avoiding static electricity underwear to help increase sperm count.
Chiropractic Care – Your local chriopractor can eliminate any subluxations in your spine and optimize the sending of production signals to your balls.
See a Nutritionist – to help you adjust to eating a balanced meal to optimize your health.
Stop eating processed, canned, or fast foods – go natural, organic.
Eat traditionally known aphrodisiacs – Oysters contain lots of natural zinc, better than those zinc tablets. Duck embryo “balut” also helps. Ask your wise old locals in your area, they know.
Drink clean, natural spring water only – this is the optimum water for your body, as nature meant it to be. Drink 6 to 8 glasses a day.
Moderate exercise – note on moderate. No extremes.
Balance your PH levels – When the body is too acidic as a result of acid forming foods, high fat, mucus forming foods, and toxic food residues, disease and infections proliferate.
Most foods are alkaline by nature, but manufactured processed foods are acidic. It is important to balance each meal with 75% alkaline to 25% acidic to maintain health.Perfect body pH is 6.4, above is alkaline and below is acidic. It is important that your daily dietary intake of food naturally balances your body pH.
De-stress your lifestyle – do something to achieve this whether you slow down on your job or get transferred.
I will write more about those specific topics.
In the meantime, try googling for those topics.
Q: How do I know these work?
A: My average sperm density used to be 100 million / ml, but after 6 months of the above, I achieved a sperm density of 300 million / ml… and I even asked the supervisor of the lab to verify that count. Yes, my wife got pregnant with our second child. And a few months later, with our third!
