That is correct. After doing all the health stuff, de-stressing stuff, and laying off sex for some time; you will find your horniness growing back to a point where you actually WANT to have healthy, life creating, sex. Throw away that ovulation calendar for the moment. Healthy people subconsciously engineer their own ovulations in time with anticipations of sex.
Have sex when you feel like it.
