Exchange of Success stories with my friend Jasmine.
Jasmine is 38 years old and a mother of 2. She and husband George also 38, have been trying to get pregnant for their 3rd child for some 3 years now. A friend who has been trying for 7 years was approached by an office mate. “I think you are pregnant.
And her friend in tired disbelief said, … uh huh, you can tell just by looking at me? all hagard, without make up and with my bad hair day…
I really think you’re pregnant, I can feel these things. Go take a pregnancy test kit.
Reluctantly, she did try a test kit. To her amazement, it brought up 2 lines. Positive. Let’s make sure, here is a 2nd test kit.
Oh no, there are 2 lines but the 2nd line does not seem solid enough.”
Husband hears the news and drives up to her office in a flash with 2 test kits. All 4 kits showed positive.
Let’s make really sure. They drove up to the corporate doctor in the big new hospital.
The old doctor was handed the 4 pregnancy test kits and he feebly said, “Oh, you’re just delayed in your menstruation. Here is a prescription for your menstruation to resume.
Confused and frustrated at the advice, the couple disregarded that prescription.
They went to an ultrasound center using one of those trans-viganal gadgets and it was indeed confirmed that she was truly pregnant after 7 long years!
She gave birth a year ago.
Beware of some doctors, this one almost killed their child.
