Eliminate toxins: Poop Everyday
Good health is not only being able to take in your needed nutrients, you must also be efficient in excreting your waste.
Take the case of my grandmother. She asked me to take over the duties of curing her condition. She is 81 years old and lately has become very weak. After more than 1 hour of interviewing her, what she was eating, if she was exercising, or her medication… I much later found out that she only pooped every 3 to 5 days! Whew! Blood poisoning! Imagine all those toxins locked up inside you. Sure, some get stuck in your large intestines. But what about the rest that has been backed up and unable to enter your already full large intestines?
The fast solution I recommended is as follows: Take a proper dosage of Psyllum husks every morning before breakfast. If constipated, take 2 tablespoons of virgin coconut oil.
For the longer term of my grandmother’s health: Stop taking milk everyday, that is poison for her. She was always lactose intolerant in her youth. Switch to complex carbohydrates, from white rice and white bread, turn to brown rice and red rice. Eat your veggies. Here is my grandmother not eating veggies and my aunt’s house does not cook enough variety or quantity, veggies are only served dinner time. Drink Yakult everyday with lactobacili to help digestion. Eat fruits! I will be recommending digestive enzymes for her soon enough. Do not fry your food!
I called her two days later. Success! The short term solution has worked. Now comes the longer term solution on the road to better health.
