Eating Habits: No junk food please

Junk food is everywhere. Go to your 711 or Select convenience store and see how much real, live, natural food you can eat. I see none.


I see ready to microwave pizza. Hotdogs and Hamburgers reconstituted meat from unwanted scraps with artificial flavoring and preservatives. I see chips made from GMO foods. I see MSG monosodium glutamate all around. I see artificial sweeteners, sugars, salts, and all sorts of preserved, packaged food.

And some people eat these things everyday! This is not food.

The New West Diet

This page should only be considered after reading The Last Resort. All of it. To have any hope of success, all eight components of the Last Resort must be included. Below are sketched out the food and supplements most conducive to that program.

First you will see four categories of food. Some triage is necessary here to know which part of this is for you.

For serious illness and situations where time is of the essence, a raw foods diet will probably be the most expeditious way to detoxify. Otherwise, the following diet will probably be very helpful for most people.

For the skeptics, and also for those who just want to do a little experimenting, you owe yourself the 60 Day Program. That simply means that for the next 60 days you restrict your intake to what you see in Categories I and II. Religiously — no cheating. Don’t be fooled — there’s still a lot of variety in those two categories. The important part is that you eat a lot, eat all the time, and don’t let yourself feel the least bit hungry. If the body gets the idea that it is being starved or deprived, it will hold onto everything, including stored toxins. That’s just its natural survival mechanism.

This is a program of nourishing abundance. The body must be shown that it is getting an abundance of easily digestible nutrients. Then it can let go of the debris.
The enzymes in the raw food coupled with the natural enzyme supplements are the active components of blood detoxification. Remember, the blood goes everywhere – it is the milieu in which all cells of the body are bathed every second. So if that blood is clean and oxygen-rich, so will the cells be. This program approaches the body at the cellular level– that’s why it cannot fail to work — every time. Because no matter how sick you are, no matter what diseases you may have, as long as you’re still alive your cells have to follow the same human physiological principles.
After all, you’re just flesh and blood.

NEW WEST DIET

I. UNRESTRICTED
Raw fruits
Raw vegetables (or lightly steamed)
Brown rice
Grilled fish
Selected herbs
Whole grains
Ezechiel bread
1-2 litres good water

II. WITH SOME MODERATION
Clean meats, cooked rare ( clean means no hormones or antibiotics)
Unprocessed fruit and vegetable juices
eggs
Raw dairy
Raw nuts and seeds

III. ON RARE OCCASIONS – (not during initial detox period) — (and only with enzyme supplements)
Processed cheese
Commercial pizza
Commercial butter
Real ice cream (no gum)
Canned foods
Alcohol
Coffee
Pasteurized dairy (as long as you don’t mind liquid formica)

IV. NOT IN THIS LIFETIME
Soft drinks
French fries
Doughnuts
Potato chips
Refined protein powders
Margarine
Hydrogenated oils
Mayonnaise
Hydrogenated oil snacks (salty snacks)
diet soft drinks
Nutrasweet/aspartame
Soy in any form
White bread

[For angelic results, of course, forget about sections III and IV. Magnetize this Diet to refrigerator door in a position of maximum guilt potential. Nothing to excess, including abstinence!]

Too simple to be effective? Simplicity is the hallmark of the classic cure.
