Do things differently, learn NEW habits: Food, Drink, Exercise

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
– Albert Einstein

The following a list of a few things my wife and I have adjusted in our lives over the years.

  • We’ve stopped watching TV. Without the brainwashing of television, our minds have been freed.
  • We’ve thrown away the microwave oven.
  • We’ve stopped drinking milk.
  • We buy yoghurt and yakult regularly for friendly bacteria in our gut.
  • We never drink distilled water.
  • We never drink softdrinks.
  • We never drink commercial juices.
  • We avoid eating bread and crackers.
  • We stopped eating soya wherever it is an ingredient or by itself, unless it is fermented like soy sauce where a minimal amount is taken as flavoring in some dishes.
  • We now have a juicer and make our own juices.
  • We’ve substituted brown and red rice for white rice.
  • We never eat “chips” or “fries”.
  • We have stopped frying our food. If we have to, we use virgin coconut oil.
  • I go for an early morning walk everyday for sunshine.
  • My wife goes to the gym regularly. I’ve scheduled my gym sessions by June when my son starts school.
  • We’ve stopped taking all pharmaceutical drugs. We have natural vitamin C and digestive enzymes. We have aloe vera plants and oregano for minor things, and we know the leaves around our village.
  • We’ve stopped eating canned food and those “instant” noodles.
  • We’ve invested more in homecooking than eating out, we control our meals.
  • To help improve digestion, I do not mix meats and carbs in the same meal.
  • We’ve grown to like to eat appreciable more and more vegetables and fruits, leaning more on the uncooked for preserved enzyme activity. Live food.
  • We’ve given up pork and substituted goat and lamb.
  • I’ve given up chicken as I am allergic to it as I found out in my eczemacure.info story.
  • We order organic vegetables every week, as much as we can afford.
  • We have our own organic chickens in our yard to provide us with some organic eggs.
  • We’ve stopped eating shellfish, crab and shrimp as these are suspected to have high amounts of toxins.
  • I regularly do my liver flushes, my wife too. And try other detox protocols.
  • We’ve changed our toothpaste to non-flouride.
  • We’ve changed our deodorant to that with no aluminum.
  • We sleep with no airconditioner, just fresh air.
  • When we get a massage, no commercial lotions, just virgin coconut oil or no oil.
  • We’ve stopped using fabric softeners, aromatics in our laundry, just the basic good soap.
  • We’ve stopped using commercial shampoos and stuck to the natural soaps, my soap is my shampoo.

There’s more… I can’t remember them all.
Mike Adams is a fairly good example of what we can aspire to emulate.

The results? My wife is as sexy as ever, smooth clear skin. I’ve overcome my eczema problem at www.eczemacure.info for that story. And I’ve maintained my optimal weight for at least 2 years, and my skin has that glowing, clear, healthy look.
