Still reading, but already so thankful you've taken the time and put this information together. I am 33 with a very toxic body and have been suffering from infertility, as well as at least 2 miscarriages for the entire 10 years with my husband. At first, I wasn't able to concieve. Then, tried clomid from the doctor and it was not only useless, but caused weight gain and a number of other hormonal problems. Started researching natural solutions and came upon the raw vegan diet. I went on a fast to detoxify and--SURPRISE--got pregnant shortly afterwards. Well, my body was probably still weak and deficient and I suffered 2 miscarriages only 3 months apart. After that, got depressed and started back eating anything, drinking alcohol, and even smoking cigarettes after having quit for 3 years! Needless to say, I'm once again infertile and determined to regain my health for the long-term. Once again, thanks for the information. We had undergone 5 different medical doctors with clomid and pregnyl shots to increase my fertility, and 4 "hilots" but nothing has helped.
