Cleaning Your LIVER

by admin on May 28, 2006

Through the body’s metabolic system, the human body produces and eliminates waste every second. Visibly we can see the body releasing toxins in four different ways. The lungs breathing, skin perspiring, kidneys passing urine and the large intestine dealing with bowel movement.

The invisible organ working for body detoxification is the liver. The liver is the biggest and most important organ in the human body. It has everything to do with how we live, that’s why it’s called the liver. Your liver condition can actually tell you how long you will live and how well you look and feel.

The human body has two main filters for detoxification. The first one is the liver. When blood carries nutrients and waste from the digestion system they travel through the liver filter, the liver breaks down the toxins, absorbing the nutrients. Then the blood travels out of the liver becoming partly clean.

The blood then travels through the kidneys, this is the next filter. Kidneys keep the nutrients back in the bloodstream and relieves toxic though pass urine.

Liver cleansing

Liver stones! The average person’s liver could be congested with liver stones. These stones are toxins. The congested liver with stones is the number one health risk which can cause all kinds of health problems, including infertility. Do you want them to be removed?

One of my liver stones

You can go to a detox center to have them help you remove the stones, or you can follow simple home remedies like the one I did.

My liver flush recipe

My personal liver flush procedure is discussed in this page using lemon.

I recently did a liver flush using grapefruit.

You can get more variants of the liver flush in www.curezone.com

Some people expel stones on the first flush. Some on the second. It would be wise to do at least 2 flushes. Once per month. Until you see none.

It is important that you do your COLON CLEANSE before your LIVER FLUSH as toxins from the colon are crystalized in the liver as stones.
