Are you eating enough variety of food?

How carbohydrates?
white rice, white bread, rice cakes, processed potatoes, instant noodles?
How about veggies?
Instant carrots, peas and corn, frozen veggies, canned veggies
How about drinks?
Coke, Pepsi, Canned and packed juice.
How about fruits?
dried, packed, canned?
Now what I just mentioned above are the COMMON junk that people feed upon for convenience. Convenient for the consumer and profitable for business but ultimately BAD for your health.
