Be happy, lower your level of stress
Sunday, July 2nd, 2006Stress is one of those major health obstacles. Choose a de-stressing activity that appeals to you. Mine is fishing and taking time off from the computer. Your bedroom must be a tool for rejuvenation. Store your cell phone, watch, computer and any other electrical or electronic appliance in another room. Do not use an alarm clock. Raise a couple of chickens instead, remember to get a rooster.
Do you get it yet? It is back to nature for you. Fertility is a result of true health. There are no shortcuts.
