Internal Cleansing Introduction

Sunday, May 28th, 2006

This month’s Internal Cleansing Edition will probably make the single biggest impact in your lives. Please read thoroughly, keep an open, scientific, logical mind. Eat well, exercise, be lean, healthy, sexy and horny! And finally be pregnant.

True Fertility Work Up is like body building. You cannot pay a doctor to build you a new body with gorgeous muscles. You have to do it yourself. So for all you lazy bones who think your infertility problem will be solved by paying someone else to do something for you, your chances are pretty slim.

Two Keys to Optimal Health

Guidelines for optimal health and nutrition can be reduced to two vital keys:

1. Optimize the nutrition entering your body.
2. Reduce the toxins in your body.

Virtually every disease can be related to those two guidelines in some way.

Fertility is a function of health. Your body will agree to accepting the rigors of reproduction if it is healthy enough to do so.

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)

Sunday, May 28th, 2006

The many cysts in a polycystic ovary are follicles that have matured but, due to abnormal hormone levels, were never released. In a normal ovary, a single egg develops and is released each month. A polycystic ovary looks somewhat like in this diagram with the unreleased eggs.

Many women with PCOS are obese. The distribution of fat seems to affect the severity of symptoms. One study found that women who have central obesity — fat in the midsection or trunk of the body — have higher androgen, sugar and lipid levels than do women who have accumulated fat in their limbs.

The full western medical theory of PCOS is available at many web sites, here is one example from http://dreddyclinic.com/findinformation/pp/polycysticovarysyndrome.htm

The cure for PCOS? Internal cleansing. Body detox. Colon cleanse. Liver cleanse.

Your all important COLON

Sunday, May 28th, 2006

Doctor Bernard Jensen, DC, ND, Ph.D., made the following statement: “In the 50 years I’ve spent helping people to overcome illness, disability and disease, it has become crystal clear that poor bowel management lies at the root of most people’s health problems.

Dr. H. H. Boeker believed that over 90 percent of diseases are caused or complicated by toxins created in the intestinal tract by unhealthy foods that are not properly eliminated.” Autointoxication occurs when, due to poor elimination, certain toxins escape from the bowel into the blood stream and poison the body, causing a silent form of self-poisoning.

Many doctors have noted the pivotal importance of the colon in the body’s health, from the ancients to the moderns. Physicians from ancient Rome and Greece felt that “death begins in the colon.” (Hippocrates) These healers regarded the colon as a life-center of the body - one of its most important organs.

The colon’s importance seems often to be glossed over and patronized by today’s mainstream approach, in which the colon is thought of simply as the body’s sewer, without regard for its many critical, dynamic biologic functions.

Images from Chinese Energy Therapy in New Zealand.

If you are lucky, you might find a body detox center in your area. Something like http://www.chineseenergytherapy.co.nz/ the New Zealanders are luck to have her. Nurse Angela Zhang has her own little discussion of detox, it is worth it to visit her site.

Question: So what would I recommend for infertility problems?

Answer: Fertility is a function of health. Your body will agree to accepting the rigors of reproduction if it is healthy enough to do so. Fertilization is easy. It is implanting and carrying the baby to term that is difficult.

Recommendation: Go for the Colon hydrotherapy. Just like the one being done by nurse Zhang. When performed by a licensed professional is more than just an enema. My opinion is that its real value is as a jumpstart to cleansing. To get weekly maintenance colonics may not allow the normal proliferation of the body’s own friendly bacteria, because they are always getting flushed out. But to get things moving in the person who has decided to detox and cleanse, colonics can certainly be effective.

Then go for the Spinal adjustment can have immediate and dramatic effects on colon pathology, especially with Spastic Colon. The nerve plexus through which the brain controls the action of the colon, those nerves exit the spinal cord in between the lumbar vertebrae. The nerves turn the colon ON and OFF. Any spasm is a blocked reflex arc: the OFF switch is stuck. Specific adjustment of the involved vertebra can break the stuck spasm reflex instantaneously, and restore normal function of the colon. No colon diagnosis should ignore this simple biomechanical approach. See your local chiropractor.
